How to find us
Balmule House is just 15 minutes from Inverkeithing station on the main London to Aberdeen railway line. You can get here, by train, from London in around five hours, and on to Aberdeenshire in just two. Our local Fife Circle line station is Queen Margaret, with a journey time of less than 30 minutes to Edinburgh.

Balmule House is just 45 minutes from Dundee Airport.
The Balmule team will be happy to help with chauffeur drive, for any size of party, to get you to Balmule House from almost anywhere in the country.
You can choose to arrive by helicopter and land in our grounds.
Balmule House is situated 2 miles north of Dunfermline. The easiest route to the house is to take junction 4 off the M90 and follow the B914 for 3 miles.

From the M90. Exit at junction 4 and drive towards Dollar (B914).
At the fork (signs for Dollar/B914/B913), bear left onto the B915. Continue past Commerce Park and the Scottish Transport Museum.

Your destination will be on the left just after Balmule Farm. This is around 3 miles from the motorway turn off. Please be careful as there is a very tight bend as you approach Balmule Cottage.

Immediately on the left, next to the cottage, are 2 large, stone gate-posts at the entrance to Balmule House. Drive up the long drive (about 1/4 mile).
