Prepare your meals on our four oven AGA (tutorials available at check-in), dine out, order take out, or we can even organise a chef to prepare you a scrumptious feast… the choice is yours.

Balmule House has undergone an extensive renovation over recent years. Each bedroom has been refurbished to the highest standards. Eight bathrooms have been added, the majority of which have under floor heating and all have heated towel rails.
After a relaxing night, breakfast will be served in our south- facing dining room. Balmule is proud to serve locally sourced products and to support Fife’s suppliers. For guests in a hurry, we can arrange a continental breakfast tray to ensure a speedy getaway.
It really is the perfect location, offering exclusivity while only a short distance from Dunfermline. If you are coming from further afield, it’s a 20-minute drive from Edinburgh airport.
Guests can dine in or out. You can cook your own meals, or we can organise a chef to prepare you a scrumptious feast.
